Something about the way her powers manifested retarded her physical growth, so she is several decades old but still appears as a charming young girl. She is ruthless in her cause of consolidating and training psionics, and rates as a nine out of ten on the Amber Scale. There is very little she can't do if she sets her mind to it and she has finally been set on Avan's trail.

No one is quite sure who hired him, but he's been patiently following Krissa across the galaxy, through at least two persona changes and many hops that should have shaken him.
